In 2017, we decided to venture back to our roots of mortgage lending after engaging in other opportunities. This return to the industry allowed us to gain experience in hard money lending, conventional and non-qualified mortgage loans in retail, wholesale, and correspondent capacities.

Our extensive experience working with large and small organizations in sales, support, and leadership gave us a clear picture of exactly what is lacking in our industry. Top-heavy and disconnected management, as well as lack of execution, was rendering endless meetings
completely useless.

Natalie Lux and Randy Wittmann have extensive experience in working with all types of mortgages. This is due to their cumulative experience of over 50 years in the industry, and they have also been exposed to the dynamics of the mortgage market under various economic cycles.
In periods of both economic recession and economic expansion, they have had to devise innovative solutions regardless of the situations at hand. They possess a keen understanding of how the mortgage market is affected and how it should be managed during periods of economic downturn.
After this, Natalie and Randy ventured into retail originations and, yet again, were able to build a competent team and boost revenues. Then, the 2008 financial crisis took a toll, and they had to rebuild from the ground up. As their bounce-back strategy, they began partnering with investors after seeing opportunities in the market and began flipping houses. They were able to successfully profit from this and closed over 50 transactions.
Market opportunity changed again, and their connections with home builders led them to operate a custom cabinet design company that went on to gross seven figures in its first year. However, as much as they had been able to recognize all this success, they realize a professional and experienced team will aid in unlocking the full potential of Visionary Lenders.
